                                                             The Performances

Opening night was Thursday 26th of January. It was a TY mandatory activity to attend the show and support our fellow students. The show went flawlessly, it was a great first night. The feedback from the audience makes the whole process worthwhile.

On Friday there were two shows, one being a matinee primarily for students in town, the energy from the audience was felt by everyone. The night show also ran seamlessly. With each performance everyone became more comfortable in their roles and with the stage.

Final night, Saturday 28th, was unforgettable. It is arguable that it was our best performance, as we fully utilised our talents and this wonderful opportunity to perform. After the bows, Principal John O'Roarke thanked everyone involved who made the show a success. Director Tony Behan also said a few words as well as gave the cast members flowers and gifts. Mr.O'Roarke also presented Mr.Behan with a gift to signify his 50 years involved in the theatre.
'The Nurse' Amy Roche and 'Romeo' Hugo Wells presented all of the teachers with gifts that the whole cast chipped in to buy.

The show was an unforgettable experience and all the effort and work came to fruition in the end.

For never was a better Mounthawk show than this of Juliet and her Romeo.
